I achieved tenure at an R1 university and published an award-winning book. But after realizing that I would never be valued in my toxic and hostile work environment, I decided to leave.

I wanted to make a difference for women of color in higher ed. So, I became a certified coach and created Rise With Clarity plus a 4-step system to help WOC faculty like you manage the tenure track, navigate politics, and take the next steps to advance your career.

  • We will determine if it’s ultimately best for you to ramp up your academic career or off-ramp to a better place.
  • You will identify and confidently reach out to allies who can assist you on your path.
  • You’ll have a smart decision-making process and clear next steps for your long-term goals.
